NBA 3-Point Champion to Compete in TAT

Daequan Cook, a NBA 3-Point Champion, and Dayton & Ohio State legend, will compete with the Dunbar Wolverines in The Alumni Tournament, per the reports.

Cook, one of the greatest shooters of all-time, has agreed to participate with one of the most storied programs in all of Ohio.

The Dunbar Wolverines have been second to none with their support from their alumni over the past 50 years in the Dayton area.

So it was no suprise to see them compete for a chance to win and bring positive exposure to his program.

Cook was a unstoppable force at Dunbar, and took his talents to Ohio State for a year, before being drafted by the Miami Heat in the 1st round.

While at Dunbar, he would win a state title, while putting on a absolute show all over the state. Cook would be a McDonalds All-American, and would shine in the game as well.

He will be playing in The Alumni Tournament,  which is a tourney that will feature some of the most prominent HS Alumni players and teams throughout the state.

There will be multiple regional locations throughout Ohio. The winners will then meet at the Championship weekend, which will be held at the Wooden Complex Arena in Dayton, Ohio area.

The winning team will win a cash prize.

There are still a few spots available for Alumni teams, so if interested just go to TAT, The Alumni Tournament, or contact Alexander Patten for more info.
