Rising Premier Basketball League moves to Nutter Center; Players of The Week; Schedule, More Info

After a long run at Baker Middle School in Fairborn, NM Sports CEO and Accountant Alexander Patten decided it was time to take his wildly successful Pro-Am Hoop League to the next level.

The Premier Basketball League, one of the best Pro-Am Adult Rec Leagues in Ohio, partnered up with Wright State to now host its League Games inside the Nutter Center.

The games are played in McLin Gym, which is the huge Auxillary Gym with 4 courts, right next to the Nutter Center Gym where the Raiders play.

Patten also worked out a deal where the quarterfinals on will be played on the Nutter Center floor, which could be a great event depending on who makes it to the Elite 8.

There are currently 18 mens teams and 4 womens teams in the PBL.

Some of the Legends and current stars that play in the league:

Joe Ballard -Harlem Globetrotters
Carl Edwards - International Legend/ Atlanta Hawks
Juan Gay - DePaul
Andre Yates - Cleveland State
Keith Blankenship - Akron
Brian Grant - Dayton Air Strikers
Brandon Hassell - Penn State
Devin Foster - Penn State
Ron Brooks, the 2-Time and reigning MVP of the League, is also one of the great players as well.

Just to name a few.

Every team has some of the best talent to come out of the Dayton area.

The games take place on Sundays and will run into May.

The Premiere Basketball League is looking for sponsors and partners to continue the upward trend the League has generated over the years.

The First  season as been a big success for Patten and the League.
Can they keep it up and provide some great entertainment in the sping?

Definitely looks that way.
