Movie Star Heads Back To Ohio For New Jack City Play

Movie Star Heads Back To Ohio For New Jack City Play

Vince Ward, one of the top Actors to ever come from Dayton, Ohio, is set to be a feature act in the wildly popular cult movie in Ohio this week.

New Jack City, one of the greatest films of the 90s, makes it way to the theater screens now as one of the key players of the epic movie decided to try to turn it into a popular tour.

Je'Caryous Johnson is the guy in charge of producing the show, and has been the frontman for the nationwide tour, which has done some great numbers in its Inaugural tour. He was able to get Allen Payne to commit, and the rest has been historic.

Payne was G-Money in the classic movie, and was Nino's right hand man.

Recently Ice-T checked out the LIVE Show and was very impressed.

Ward plays the Duh Duh Duh man, who was responsible for protecting the Team, specifially Nino Brown and delivering on any orders directed by Nino and G Money.

Nino, who was played by Wesley Snipes in the movie, is played by Treach of Naughty By Nature in the theatre. He and the cast have recieved rave reviews as well.

The show will be in Columbus tonight (7:30pm) and will launch in Detroit on Saturday (3pm & 8pm) and Sunday in Cleveland (3pm).

"I'm happy to have the chance to come back home and do what i love to do. The show has been great, and the cast is great as well." Ward stated earlier this week.

Ward was previously in a bevy of shows and movies, most notably "The Walking Dead", which was a hit for nearly a decade.
