Frost Looks To Break Scoring Record Today as West Carrollton Faces Tippecanoe

Frost Looks To Break Scoring Record Today as West Carrollton Faces Tippecanoe

Frost was Player of the Week last week at Big A BBQ and Grill

Selena Frost, one of the top guards in Southwest Ohio, will have a chance to become West Carrollton all-time leading scorer today as the Lady Pirates host Tippecanoe today (12:30pm).

Frost, the point guard who is the leader of the team, will take the Pirates (9-4 in MVL Action) against Tipp who are 10-3 in conference play.

Sidney leads the MVL with a 12-2 record.

Frost has had a senior season that has elevated her into Player of the Year & D-1 conversations. She leads the MVL in scoring (16ppg), 4th in assists (3.0) and first in FG% (58%).

But it's not about the stats, as Frost has assumed the leadership role and has flourished this season.

"Selena has been great this season.  She has turned herself into a player who can lead on and off the court, and has been a Player of the Year Candidate all season long." Seth Addison, the head coach of West Carrollton stated.

Congrats to Frost, who looks to lead the Lady Pirates to a deep run this season and will become the All-Time leading scorer today in Pirates girls hoops history.

But today, the Red Devils are in town.

The game will tip off immediately after the JV game & is slated for a 12:30 start.

The LLS is the largest non-profit funder of blood cancer research since 1949.

Using a group of students from all over the Miami Valley, Curry put the students in groups and  molded these students into a powerhouse of a marketing group.

They are called the Student Visionaries of the Year (SVOY). With nearly 25 elite and eager students on board, the team is ready for another huge campaign.

Curry would talk about the SVOY group and their impact.

"I'm really proud of what we accomplished last year. These kids are amazing.

They took the gameplan and executed it to perfection. We are hoping we can put together a even better LLS campaign this year and raise more funding." Curry would state in the exclusive interview he did with S.E.Live365 at Dayton 24-7 Now Studios.
