Former Bison star looks to give back in Charity Event Saturday

Dr. Tyson E. Moore, a former star basketball player at Belmont, will continue to give back to the Dayton, Ohio community with his 3rd Annual Conquer the Court Basketball Game this weekend.

The game will be on Saturday, July 29th and will feature the Bison alum himself, who has stayed in good shape while receiving his Ph.D in the process and living in California the last several years.

The event is in its 3rd year and will take place at Belmont High School.

The event will start at 12:30 Saturday afternoon, and will feature some of the hoop legends from the city along with other stars.

Dr. Moore is really excited about the prospects of this game, and loves giving back to his hometown and competing against childhood friends and former legends.

With the likes of Moore, Jefferson legend Juan Gay, DJ Ron Hunter, Miami Ohio Star Mike Williams, playground & dayton legend Dwight "The Blur" Anderson and many more, it should be some great action on the court.

The event will cost $5 & the proceeds will go directly to the Emerging Scholars Program at Central State University.
