12th Annual Making Memories Golf Outing Does It Again;
Cedric Howard Leads Another Successful Event For Alzheimers
By Deon Cash
Cedric Howard, one of the most influential philanthropists in the Midwest, held his very successful Making Memories golf outing yesterday.
With hundreds of golfers on display, the event was once again a resounding success.
Howard has made it a staple to attend the golf event, which raises money for a possible cure to end Alzhimers.
"We're very grateful for the turnout and for the support that we get from the Dayton community and beyond.
I'm very blessed to have a great staff to help me put this together year after year." Howard stated.
With the likes of Attorney Michael Wright, Representative Ron Todd, Representative Darius Beckham, business owner Sean Lightfoot, comedian Mike Jackson and other well known personnel, the event was star studded like normal.
Billie Ewing was a guest speaker and singer, and the band did their thing, per the usual.
With good weather on hand for most of the day, the event was a absolute success from start to finish.
"We hope to continue this success, year in, year out, and maybe add some more names in the fold. If you know anyone that loves to golf, bring them out!" Howard would say after the event.
