Its Official: Alstork Lands At Miami Hamilton
Quinton Alstork, one of the rising young coaches in Ohio and the former head coach at Clark State JUCO last year, has signed a deal with the Miami- Hamilton mens basketball team, per SELive365 reports.
Alstork will be the top assistant at the four year school that is located in Hamilton Ohio.
Alstork recently was the head coach at Clark State, where he amassed 50 wins in just 3 seasons. He also sent numerous kids to the next level and took the program up a couple notches in the process, nearly reaching the NJCAA Top 25 and defeating nationally ranked teams in the process.
"It feels great to be back in the saddle again. I appreciate all the love and what we did at Clark State. But now it's a new challenge and look forward to the opportunity to coach and help elevate the program here. " Alstork said.
Miami-Hamilton is affiliated with Miami, Ohio, who just had that magical streak in the previous NCAA season.
Despite passing up on the Bryant-Stratton job and other HS opportunities, Alstork decided on Miami Hamilton.
"Due to the new business, I felt like this was the best move for myself and my family. I want to thank Coach Jones for the support and great opportunity. "
With a new head coach at the helm, look for Alstork to bring some valuable knowledge and savvy experience to the staff.
