OBA Update: 7 new Teams Added to League; Front Office Personnel Moves; New Weekly Blog;

The Official Basketball Association, or the OBA, which has just made its announcement of starting its League Operations, along with the Hoop season being held in 2020, has been on fire in these first 2 weeks.

Here's some of the Top Headlines for the OBA this week:

NEW OBA WEEKLY BLOG DEBUTS FRIDAY
Due to high demand, "The OBA Weekly"  will Debut on Friday, which will feature all the Hot topics in the OBA and Related Leagues.
With the OBA with over 1200 Fans already on Facebook Fan page, the buzz is captivating, springing the weekly blog for the masses.

The OBA will be adding Twitter, IG, Snapchat, Youtube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms in the future.

4 Days Ago..as the OBA Buzz Grows



7  MORE  TEAMS ADDED TO LEAGUE 
With 6 Teams Coming out the gate, OBA League Owner and former WNBA baller Tamara Tee Moore was very pleased.
  However, in the last week, 7 more teams have joined, bringing the total to 13 teams.

  Moore has a set total team amount for the OBA's inaugural season, and the buzz has kicked up tremendously, with Teams from all over the country wanting to be in Leagiue.

While Moore will be very cautious on who she brings in to the league, she is ecstatic to be welcoming the new teams as well.

Here are the Original Teams who started out the OBA
at the Initial Announcement:

TC Elite -                   Tamara Moore
Springfield Force - Chad Fortenberry
Lincoln Warriors -  Bonnie Walker
Kansas City Royal Heirs -  Roger Guillory
Indiana Crusaders - JR Martin
Quad City United  - Devlin Anderson


Since then, here are the teams who have Committed (Signed) within the last week...
CEO Kings
Houston Spirit
Texas Demons
Waco Terror


And even then, in just the last couple days, a few more teams have joined such as:
Purple Reign
Arlington Bulldogs
Iowa Elite


So, in effect, the league is going socially crazy right now.

And with a few teams linked to possibly join such as Dayton, Fort Wayne, and others, who else will join the OBA Movement?



SOCIAL MEDIA ON FIRE
With over 1200 people following the OBA after just 2 weeks, its safe to say the League is Trending upward.

WNBA baller Launches Professional Mens Basketball League

The Official Basketball Association 

Tamara Tee Moore, one of the best female basketball players to come out of the state of Minnesota, has decided to Launch her own Professional Basketball League/ Organization.


The League will be named the OBA, which stands for Official Basketball Association.


It is set to Launch in 2020.

Moore, who played for the L.A. Sparks and the Minnesota Lynx in her successful WNBA career, decided that after being a Team Owner in other Pro Leagues the last few seasons, that now was the time to launch her own idea.



The OBA already has almost 1,000 Likes on Facebook and will be launching other social media platforms as well.



The buzz is trememdous in the hoop circuits, as 6 teams have already committed (Contract Signed) and more are still to come.

Moore wants to have 12-14 teams for the Inaugural Season.



At this rate?
Anything is possible for the Minneapolis native.

With having a Solid staff already, Teams and Tryout Camps in place, a fanbase who will support her, and her work ethic?
This will be a top notch Professional Basketball League, bar none.
